Product Refresh: Update

Dear All,

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how the current product refresh has been going.

We experienced some delays in the initial rollout, owing to the problems that we experienced last week with regards to the portal and email failure. This has meant that we were only able to transfer our first batch of customers on April 3rd. After this, we then wanted to do a couple days testing, to ensure that the new product range was working correctly, so the next batch of customers that are transferred, will be those with a billing date of the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th of April, which will be transferred over in the early hours of tomorrow morning.

The implications that this will have are fairly simple. If you have a billed date of prior to April 3rd, you will be transferred to the new product range once your next billing date comes around, and if your billing date falls between April 4th and 6th, your service will be transferred over on Friday, April 7th.

Once your service has been transferred over, we will be emailing you all to let you know that this has taken place.

May I take this opportunity to apologise for the inconveniences that any delays may have caused.
