We would advise any customers still experiencing problems with their email to take a look at some of the advice mentioned in the previous update as this should help resolve most problems.

As detailed in the previous update work is continuing on recovering the missing data. As detailed last week we are still expecting the data to be returned to us this week and are still within the expected timeframe, however we unfortunately cannot give an exact ETA. We expect a further update from the recovery specialists tomorrow and will post an update to service status then.
