Data Recovery
--------------------
We have now received the directory list from the data recovery company, and have begun working through this to sanity check it.

Once we are happy with the format and the data contained in this list the process of copying the data onto our storage system can begin. We are expecting to have returned this list to the data recovery company by the end of today, and then expect to have the data back with us within a few days. We will provide a fuller update regarding this process on Monday.

Customer Mailboxes
-----------------------------
The script has completed and has rebuilt all corrupted mailboxes, and all customers should now be able to collect mail as normal from all relevant mailboxes.

The next update regarding these issues will be posted on Monday afternoon.
