CCGI Problem - (Ref 34496) - UPDATE
CGI Services
Posted on: Monday 14 August 2006, 17:37
This is an update to the previous post regarding CGI websites. A copy of this report can be found here:
http://usertools.plus.net/status/archive/1155497556.htm
We have had reports of customers CGI sites being removed in error. The affected sites all have usernames beginning with "a" or "b", however not all usernames in this range have been affected.
We are continuing to investigate the cause of this issue and have taken measures to prevent this from happening again. As part of these measures we have suspended the creation of new accounts on the CGI platform until we are confident of the cause of this issue and that this has been resolved fully.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and will provide further updates tomorrow.
Kind Regards,
Ben Brown
Network Operations Engineer
