IMAP Login Problem - (Ref 34970) - NEW

We are currently investigating a problem with email causing some customers to see an error message when using IMAP, or seeing a "Username/Password match not found, please try again" error when logging into Webmail using IMAP. The problem does not affect POP3 logins.

Our network team are currently working on this and we will post a further update when more information is available.
