Broadband Disconnections - (Ref 34944) - UPDATE

This is a follow up to the previously reported connection issue affecting customers provided on our LLU platform. The customers affected by this will find their connection drops intermittently, although ADSL Synchronisation remains constant. More details can be found in the previous service status updates:

As detailed yesterday we performed some debugging work this morning, and are paying particular attention to the two tunnels which see the most sessions (ie the most disconnects). We have passed all information and logs gained to Tiscali in order to diagnose the cause of the issue as swiftly as possible, as well as providing as much diagnostic resource as they require.

We are treating this as the highest possible priority at present, and are speaking to Tiscali numerous times per day to discuss this matter.

We will provide further information as soon as possible.
