ADSL Dial

This is a follow up to the previously reported problems with one of our ADSL gateways. A copy of the previous report can be found here :

We are currently investigating reports from customers reconnecting to this gateway (ptn-ag1) that they are unable to acheive any data transfer once connected.

Affected customers should be able to reconnect onto a different gateway in order to obtain normal service.

Our network engineers are working on this problem as a priority and further updates will be made available shortly.
