Broadband Plus Speed Issues - NEW

We have identified a potential issue affecting gold traffic speeds on Broadband Plus. We are seeing an increase in reports from some users who are within the product design suggesting that web browsing is not performing within our acceptable levels.

We are looking into this issue and will continue to monitor the platform overnight tonight. A further update will be provided tomorrow.
