Broadband Plus Speed Issues - UPDATE

This is an update to the previous announcement regarding peak-time browsing speeds for some Broadband Plus customers. A copy of the last post can be seen here:-

We are aware that a number of light use Broadband Plus customers are continuing to report slow download speeds during peak hours are are continuing to investigate the issue.
