Detailed description of work to be performed:-
We will be rolling out new pages to our website as part of our "Priority Problems on the Portal" transparency project, mentioned in our "Plans for 2007". This will enable customers to view the highest priority problems that we are currently working on in real time.

Expected customer impact:-
We do not expect that holding pages will be necessary for the rollout window, and therefore do not expect any customer impact.
