Detailed description of work to be performed:-
We will be making some configuration changes to our mxlast mail delivery servers. This work is estimated to reduce the volume of spam across our email platform by up to 30% and forms part of the recent drive to stabilise and upgrade the platform.

Expected customer impact:-
Following completion of this work, customers accessing their email using POP3 or IMAP are likely to notice a reduction in the volume of unsolicited email arriving in their mailboxes.
