Portal and Webmail Access Restrictions

As a temporary precautionary measure, we have restricted access to our Member Centre and Webmail services from connections that appear to originate from outside the UK.

This will affect customers who attempt to login to the Portal, or access their Webmail from abroad. It may also affect customers who are connected via ISPs who register their IP Addresses to locations outside the UK.

We have implemented this restriction purely as a temporary precaution following the Webmail security incident notified via Service Status here : http://usertools.plus.net/status/archive/1179240249.htm

If you are unable to login to our Member Centre and need to make any changes to your account, or if you have a support enquiry, we would ask that you contact our 24/7 support team on +44 (0)114 296 5198.

Service Status will be updated when this restriction has been lifted.
