This is an update to the previously published planned maintenance announcement regarding upgrades to our email storage platform. A copy of the last update can be seen here:-

The work to copy customers' emails across to our new mail storage platform was fully completed Thursday 10th May.

We did intend on formally announcing confirmation that the migration had completed at an earlier date however this news was superseded by the recent issue surrounding our Webmail platform.

We would like to thank customers for their patience whilst this work was completed and for any inconvenience caused whilst their email was moved across to the new storage platform.
