Due to adverse weather conditions in Sheffield and the surrounding area, with 24 hours of sustained torrential rainfall, a number of our Customer Support staff are faced with extreme difficulty getting into the office with areas of localised flooding causing roads to be closed, resulting in wide scale disruption to both private and public transportation systems.

As a result of this, many of our customers may experience higher call waiting times than would usually be expected, although a number of staff will be working on tickets from home. We would politely ask our customers that for non urgent queries than they raise a ticket via the Help Assistant available at http://help.plus.net
