This is an update to the previously reported problem affecting our Broadband Phone service. A copy of the original announcement can be found here:-

Our network engineers have identified and resolved a problem problem with the replication on our broadband phone servers.

Customers should now be able to connect to the service and make and receive phone calls as normal.
