This is an update to the previously reported problem affecting the delivery of email to customers' mailboxes. A copy of the last announcement can be seen here:-

As announced earlier today all new email is currently being sent, received and delivered in a timely fashion and customers should no longer be seeing problems with the receipt of messages to their mailboxes.

Investigations have continued throughout today into the events that led to the occurrence of this problem. We expect to make available a full incident report shortly. We expect this to be published tomorrow.
