This is an update to the previously reported problem affecting the delivery of email to customers' mailboxes. A copy of the last announcement can be seen here:-

All new email is currently being sent, received and delivered in a timely fashion and customers should no longer be seeing problems with the receipt of these messages to their mailboxes.

There are still a number of emails queued on the spam filtering appliances following Wednesday's problems. The queues have reduced considerably overnight, and will continue to reduce over the course of the weekend. We will post a further update regarding this tomorrow.
