This is an update to the previously reported problem affecting the delivery of email to customers' mailboxes. A copy of the last announcement can be seen here:-

We believe that all legitimate mail on the spam filtering device has now been successfully dequeued to customers' mailboxes. There are still mails remaining in the queue and our checks shows that these mails are undeliverable mails such as bouncebacks. We will conduct a thorough analysis of the remaining messages with the spam appliance vendors on Tuesday to ensure that no legitimate messages remain and ensure that any remaining messages are dequeued.

The spam appliance will continue to attempt to deliver these remaining messages in the meantime but as the queues have remained static since this morning this concurs that all legitimate mail has now been dequeued.
