Outbound Email Delays (45409) - NEW

We are currently investigating reports that some emails sent via our outgoing mail servers are being intermittently delayed. This problem is not affecting the receipt of email sent using non-PlusNet mail servers and was originally mentioned in the Service Status thread 'Email Delivery (45835)'.

We have started a new thread to minimise confusion as the delays affecting outgoing email are completely separate to the problems that occurred on Wednesday.
