This is an update to the previously reported problem resulting in intermittent email delays when sending messages using our relay servers. A copy of the original announcement can be seen here:-

Monitoring over the weekend suggests that outbound email is no longer being delayed. This is following work that was conducted on Friday to move the mail database from one area of storage to another. Since doing this, there have been no further instances of the errors we were seeing in our server log and customers are no longer reporting issues with the service.

We are returning Service Status to Green and will leave this thread open until the two additional servers we have built have been installed on the live platform.
