Holding pages on our portals for approximately 2 hours at the beginning of the
maintenance window, and on Webmail from 01:30 to 03:30.

Detailed description of work to be performed:-
We will be making some changes as part of our One Portal project. You can read about this here:

Expected customer impact:-
There will be holding pages across our portals from 00:00 to approximately 02:00, and customers may see some content errors until the end of the maintenance window. Webmail will be unavailable from 01:30 to 03:30. There is also the possibility of customer webstats being generated later than usual.
