This is an update to the previously reported problem causing intermittent delays in the arrival of customers' email. A copy of the original announcement can be found here:-

We have identified an issue with one of the spam processes on the inbound mail servers and are currently testing a fix on one server before rolling it across the platform. The process is intermittently failing and is not retrying each time it fails. This has the potential to cause some customers' email to be delayed.

We would like to apologise for the continued inconvenience and will provide another update tomorrow.
