Incoming Email Delays (46136) - RESOLVED

This is an update to the previously reported problem causing intermittent delays in the arrival of customers' email. A copy of the last announcement can be found here:-

We have now implemented a fix and all email should now be getting delivered in a timely fashion. A script now runs periodically on each of our inbound email delivery servers which clears the stuck processes that were causing the problem.

If any customers are still experiencing delays in the arrival of their email then it is suggested they contact our support team via the usual channels providing full message headers of the delayed email where possible:-
