Detailed description of work to be performed:-
Due to the ongoing performance problems affecting our Broadband Phone service we need to perform some debugging of our VoIP platform to allow for stabilization work to be carried out. Whilst this work is not aimed at fixing the platform, it will provide valuable diagnostic information in locating and resolving the root cause of the problems:-

Expected customer impact:-
Performance of our Broadband Phone service will be intermittently affected during the maintenance window. This may result in calls being cut off, registration problems, and audio issues. It is recommended that customers avoid using the service throughout the maintenance window.
