Duration of expected customer impact:-
No customer impact is expected.
Detailed description of work to be performed:-
We will be rolling out a fix to one of our anti-spam processes that has recently resulted in problems affecting our mail quarantining anti-virus service. We will also be making some changes to our spam training scripts to help reduce the volume of email between PlusNet hosted email accounts that is incorrectly identified as [-SPAM-].
Expected customer impact:-
No noticeable customer impact is expected however the delivery of email may suffer delays for a couple of minutes whilst the changes are rolled to the live platform.
