Detailed description of work to be performed:-
The Critical Path anti-spam trial has now come to an end and we need to remove the spam appliances from our internal mail delivery platform. This involves making a load balancer configuration change to remove Critical Path from the mail delivery chain. We are still involved in commercial discussions with the supplier regarding the future of the service, however given the time of the year and the size of the commitment involved it is unlikely that an agreement will be concluded this year.

No negative customer impact is expected.

Other Notes:-
The volume of domains that have now been imported across to our Postini anti-spam platform is estimated to be sufficient enough to mitigate any load issues that could arise following the removal of the Critical Path appliances.
