Email Authentication Issue (50241) - UPDATE

This is an update to the previously reported problem resulting in customers receiving authentication errors when attempting to collect email.

This problem is related to the Data Centre outage as reported here:-

Our network engineers are continuing to work on restoring access to email collection and we hope to have this resolved shortly. A further posting will be made when more information is available.
