Datacentre Outage (50241) - UPDATE

This is an update to the previously reported problem resulting in a power outage at our primary datacentre. A copy of the previous announcement can be found here:-

Our network engineers have continued working on bringing all services back online and we have reached the stage where most of the customer affecting services should be working again.
We are aware that some customers may have requested account changes or password alterations during this outage, any customer that had requested this should check their accounts to ensure the change occurred correctly.
We are continuing to investigate the root cause of this issue along with the staff at the datacentre.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this problem may have occurred.
