This is an update to the previously reported problem resulting in a power outage at our primary datacentre. A copy of the previous announcement can be found here:-

Our network engineers have now brought the majority of the servers back online and they are in the process of tidying up any final issues that have arisen since this mornings outage.

Customers may notice that their usage on the VMBU tool in the portal is missing some data from during the outage window. As this was during the free usage period there should be no impact to customers usage levels or allowance for the month.
