This is an update to the previously reported problem affecting the collection of customer email. A copy of the original post can be seen here:-

A problem with the configuration of our anti-spam platform was found to be causing higher than normal load on our delivery servers. This has since been rectified and customers should now be able to collect their email and log into Webmail as normal.
