This is an update to the previously reported problem preventing access to our news servers. A copy of the last announcement can be seen here:-

Most of our customers are now able to access the service as normal. Due to a conflict within Giganews' systems though, there are some customers still unable to connect to the servers.

At the moment this seems to be limited to those with IP addresses in the range 212.159.x.x

We are continuing to work with Giganews to resolve this problems and will provide a further update early next week.

Any customers who are still unable to access the service are advised to raise a support ticket using the Help Assistant available on our website:-
