We are currently investigating a problem affecting connectivity to customers' SQL databases. Customers whose data is hosted on the 'Rumpus' server will currently be unable to connect to the database.

This will also result in errors when attempting to view any CGI hosted websites that make use of the service.

Our network engineers are working towards a resolution and further details will be provided in due course.
