This is an update to the previously reported problem with our usage aggregation system.

Our network engineers have continued to work alongside our suppliers in order to resolve this problem.
In order to stop the problem becoming larger we took the decision to turn off usage collection at Midnight last night, this will mean that customers on some legacy accounts, such as Premier or Plus, will see empty usage data for this morning.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
A further update will be provided this afternoon.
