Detailed description of work to be performed:-
Customers taking advantage of our Postini Quarantine anti-spam service currently have email from other PlusNet-affiliated email addresses automatically whitelisted. This has been found to result in large volumes of Spam from spoofed sender addresses bypassing the Quarantine and causing nuisance to customers. We will be removing these whitelisted entries from the system following feedback from customers using the service:

Expected customer impact:-
Spam email that appears to come from PlusNet-affiliated email addresses will no longer bypass Quarantine for customers who have the service enabled. This may result in small volumes of legitimate email being caught in the Quarantine from time to time however we are confident that the benefits of this change outweigh the potential for this to happen.
