Problems forwarding emails from uk2.net addresses (53119) - UPDATE

This is an update to the Service Status post made earlier in the week regarding problems forwarding email to Plusnet addresses using uk2.net's mail servers. You can see a copy of the last announcement here - http://snipurl.com/3ljaf [usertools_plus_net]
We have since spoken to uk2.net and advised them what is causing the problem. Our security partner Postini have also advised us that they have made no configuration changes to their systems, and that they have always implemented this blocking as a spam prevention measure.
If you have reason to suspect that your email is being blocked despite not being routed via uk2.net then we urge you to contact support using the Help Assistant available on our website.
We would like to apologise for the continued inconvenience and will post a further update tomorrow.
