This is an update to the Service Status post made earlier in the week regarding problems forwarding email to Plusnet addresses using uk2.net's mail servers. You can see a copy of the last announcement here - http://snipurl.com/3lwab [usertools_plus_net]

We are still receiving reports from customers who are having problems with email sent to uk2.net domains that are configured to forward to Plusnet hosted email addresses.

We have been in contact with uk2.net again today in a bid to resolve these problems. We have also escalated the issue to our Postini account manager to make sure that all avenues of investigation have been exhausted at our side.

As per the last announcement we are eager to hear from any customers who believe that they are affected by this problem but are *not* using uk2.net's services.

We would like to say sorry for the inconvenience this problem continues to cause some of our customers and will provide another progress update tomorrow.

Customers who use their domain solely for email may want to consider hosting it with Plusnet. This is free in the majority of cases and provides a workaround to this problem http://snipurl.com/3lwbz [www_plus_net]
