This morning at approximately 7:00am, we experienced a loss of power to one of our Sheffield-based data centres.
This will have affected access to the majority of our Sheffield-based services. This includes but is not limited to our internal systems, customer email collection, customer hosted websites, and all portal services.
An engineer is on site and power has since been restored however there may still be some residual problems with access to some of the above services.
We are investigating the circumstances surrounding the failure and will provide a further update as soon as we have more details.
