All customer-facing problems that were caused by the power outage have since been resolved.

The events surrounding the outage have been investigated in detail and a number of measures are being put in place to ensure a more graceful failover to our backup systems should a similar situation arise in the future - http://snipurl.com/3m6ak [en_wikipedia_org]

We'd like to apologise to any customers who were affected by the problems.
