This is an update to the Service Status post made yesterday regarding problems forwarding email to Plusnet addresses using uk2.net's mail servers. You can see a copy of the last announcement here - http://snipurl.com/3m9c1 [usertools_plus_net]

Problems continue to be experienced when sending email to uk2.net domains that forward onto Plusnet hosted email addresses.

Postini have escalated the problem within their ranks, however we are yet to hear back from uk2.net following the ticket we raised with them yesterday morning. It should be mentioned however, that we have also received a number of isolated reports from non-uk2.net customers who seem to be experiencing similar problems.

We are somewhat disappointed at the length of time it is taking to arrive at a satisfactory resolution and will continue to push for a resolution.
