The changes we made earlier this afternoon look promising so far and we're not aware of any negative impact that this has had on customers - http://usertools.plus.net/status/archive/1220616080.htm

We're also seeing far better spam detection rates than we were before the change was made.

We will continue to monitor the situation throughout the duration of the weekend and will provide another update on Monday.
