What does the work involve?
We will be carrying out some work on our Home Phone billing system, separating line rental from the calls package chosen (this change will be evident on invoices only).

In addition we will be making some code changes in order to launch some upcoming special offers.

Is it likely to cause problems?
No, although you will not be able to access any portal content during the maintenance period. Our Support teams will still be available by phone to answer your queries however.

Is there anything else I need to know?
