Data Centre Problems (53769) - NEW

We have experienced a brief outage at one of our data suites. This was caused by some planned maintenance at the data centre and has affected our and other ISP's customers.
Most of the servers at the data centre are now back online and working as normal, however customers may notice that the data on their VMBU (View My Broadband Usage) graph is slightly delayed. There is also the potential for some customers to have incorrect restrictions on their accounts.
In addition to the above issues, we also have 2 central pipes which terminate in this data suite, all customers who were connected to these would have seen their connections drop. If you were affected by this, you should now be able to get back online as these pipes are once again accepting connections.
We will provide a further update on this shortly.
Kind Regards,
Chris Parr
