What does the work involve?
Due to some problems with the current hardware this service is running on, we will be replacing the server.

Is it likely to cause problems?
There will be a short outage whilst the hardware is replaced.

Is there anything else I need to know?
No. Once the maintenance has completed both the Usergroup and Usertools sites should work as normal.
