This is an update to the previous announcement regarding this problem. This can be seen in full at http://usertools.plus.net/status/archive/1228403264.htm

We now have, and are processing, the call data, however our suppliers have advised that it will be several days before the connection to the database is re-established.

We will keep the service status open until the connection issue is fixed however there are no longer any delays with call processing.

We will update on Monday regarding the connection issue status.
