We are currently receiving an unusual number of calls from customers who are connected to the Internet but are unable to browse any web pages or use other Internet applications.
We have raised an internal problem and our network engineers are investigating. If you are having problems accessing Internet content then we suggest that you power off your modem or router for 10 minutes before switching it back on and attempting to re-establish a connection.
Initial findings suggest that this problem is affecting customers connected to the gateway known as pcl-ag01.
