This is an update to this morning's post about problems some customers may have been experiencing when trying to access the Internet.

Our network engineers have identified a problem affecting one of our ADSL edge routers. This problem has now been resolved however all customers connected to this router will have been inadvertently disconnected from the Internet. Whilst most customers will have been able to reconnect immediately there is a possibility that you might still be having difficulties.

If you are having problems accessing Internet content then we suggest that you power off your modem or router for 10 minutes before switching it back on and attempting to re-establish a connection.

We will monitor the situation for the remainder of the day and will return Service Status to green once we are confident that the problem is fully resolved.
