Our Broadband Phone supplier has advised that they are currently experiencing issues with the NewSIP service due to a problem on one of the back end servers. Their server team are currently working to bring this back online as soon as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will advise further as soon as any information becomes available.
