Access to our spam quarantine at http://quarantine.plus.net.

How long will it take?
About an hour.

What does the work involve?
Our main Quarantine server has a memory error and we need to replace it, before we can do this we need to copy all of the quarantined messages to a backup server and make sure that http://quarantine.plus.net is pointing at the backup.

Is it likely to cause problems?
It is going to cause some disruption if you use our quarantine service - http://www.plus.net/support/security/spam/spam_protection_advanced_guide.shtml#quarantine
There is a possibility that you will be unable to release quarantined messages whilst this work is being carried out. http://quarantine.plus.net will also be intermittently inaccessible during the maintenance window.
