Data Centre Outage (56812) - NEW

We are currently experiencing problems with connectivity to one of our Sheffield-based data centres. This is likely to be affecting a large number of services including but not limited to -

* Access to our websites
* Access to customers' websites and our FTP servers
* Email delivery and collection
* Access to our internal systems
* Broadband usage collection

Our engineers are working on the problem as a priority which is believed to have been caused by a serious outage affecting one of our data carriers in Sheffield.

We would like to apologise for this unexpected interruption in service and will provider another update as soon as more details become available.

Please be mindful that our support are presently unable to deal with all customer enquiries due to the limited access they have to our internal systems.
