This is an update to the previous post detailing this morning's outage at one of our Sheffield data centres.

Since the last update most of the affected services are now back online, however until we restore full resiliency back to the platform customers may see temporary problems with any of the previously mentioned services.

Our engineers are still working on the residual issues and we will provide a further update shortly.
